  • You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table or soft supported blackets surface while light, still contact is applied to specific areas of the body.

Sessions are quiet and slow. There is no force or adjustment involved. Many people experience a sense of deep rest, warmth, or subtle shifts in awareness.

  • Sessions are usually offered one-to-one to support focus and ease. In certain situations, a support person may sit nearby if discussed in advance. If this is important to you, please reach out before booking.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move easily.

Soft, loose-fitting garments are ideal. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, and there’s no need for anything special — comfort is the priority.
